British Star Christine Adams Reveals a Few Terra Nova Spoilers!
Posted on November 21st, 2011 at 4:04 pm by SBGLA

It doesn’t seem that long ago that British-born babe Christine Adams made the move to the U.S, but it has been about nine years already.
Since then, Adams has found herself constantly traveling the world and racking up a rather impressive resume, not mention the airmiles, as her journey unfolds.
Now Christine finds herself in the tropical surrounds of the Gold Coast hinterland filming Steven Spielberg’s mega dinosaur romp Terra Nova, playing rebel leader Mira, the leader of a group of rebel settlers called the Sixers who gets to flesh out and has more going on than first meets the eye.
She recently said, “You’ll see that she’s a leader in her own small world, but she’s not the leader. She’s not pulling the strings all.”
The actress also teased that we will discover “more about Terra Nova and why it’s there” in the coming weeks. “There’s only a little nugget into Mira’s story. It’s gonna open up another door into her world,” Adams says, concluding with this major tease: “We’re gonna find out who the mole is.
The show has been compared to many things. The series is about a group of humans who travels from the future into the prehistoric past has the same settlers-in-a-colony vibe of Lost.
It has the CGI dinosaurs of Jurassic Park. It has Stephen Lang wearing tank tops and flexing his biceps a lot, just like in Avatar.
It’s a big network drama trying to appeal to a wide audience, she says. If that makes it middle-of-the road at times, so be it.
“Some people don’t like it, and that’s fine,” Adams told The National Post.
“But the people who like it really like it. The thing about a show like Mad Men or Breaking Bad is they don’t have to have the audience that we have to have,” she adds, and she’s right about that.
Terra Nova is trying to win viewers over with fancy effects, a cool setting and a bit of futuristic intrigue.
“You’re trying to tick a lot of boxes,” is how Adams explains it. “I think getting we’re getting there. However, if that means we have to sacrifice some other things to be successful, then I’m OK with that. Let’s not be naive about it.”
Well put Miss Adams… I for one reckon Christine is going all the way in Tinsletown; you can take my word for it!

It looks like Dominic Monaghan couldn’t contain his delight with Manchester United stunning league comeback this week, as he proudly showed off his Manchester Untied shirt on the streets of Los Angeles.
The British actor paid homage to his beloved United as cameras spotted him whilst out shopping. Monaghan looked straight down the lens and pointed to the team’s emblem.
Life long United fan Dominic, must be buzzing about this season so far, as the team are yet to be defeated in the league and are currently top by 5 points.
Monaghan is so much of a fan that he insists that even the characters he plays follow the Red Devils.
While filming Lost, in which he starred as Mancunian heroin-addict Charlie, he said he managed on a few occasions to get references to United into the script. “There are a few flashback scenes where me and my brother get Manchester United footballs for presents and we both have our late-Eighties replica tops on. But it’s got be done, hasn’t it?”

LOST star and Actress Barbara Hershey Announce Split!

For British actor Naveen Andrews, known to LOST fans as Sayid, the end of LOST also marks the public end of his twelve -year relationship with American actress Barbara Hershey.
The two met on the set of their film Drowning on Dry Land in 1998 when Andrews was 29 and Hershey was 50.
The couple privately separated six months ago, but only recently went public with their decision. Andrews’s manager Renee Jennett confirmed the news and told People.com: “They remain best of friends.”
This is not the first time the pair have separated. In 2005 they briefly split up and Andrews fathered a child with another woman before he and Hershey reunited.
I’ve always admired their ability to connect despite their difference in age. Who knows, maybe they’ll get back together again, stranger things have happened… eh LOSTies?
