Katy Perry Spotted Enjoying Christmas WITHOUT Hubby Russell Brand!

How could Russell Brand leave his sexy wife at Christmas?
However, by the looks of it, singer Katy Perry didn’t seem to care as she showed off splashing around on her festive break, while Russell enjoyed himself with friends in Cornwall, nearly 7,000 miles away!
This leaves us all to speculate whether trouble is brewing for the couple as witnesses spotted Russell on the Cornish coast, while Katy frolicked on a sunny Hawaiian beach.
Not exactly what one would expect from a pair of newlyweds… Now, close sources are coming forward to add their two cents to the growing rumors of a split.
One said, “Katy and Russell are just in two very different places right now with their lives.” Adding, “Their marriage is not working out. He’s in recovery and really trying to stay clean, but her lifestyle isn’t helping him at all.”
The duo is both known for their eccentric behavior; Katy has said in the past that she wants to have children, but is not quite ready yet; she still loves to party and wants to wait a bit. However, a friend of Russell’s recently admitted that the funnyman would love to start a family and feels ready. Hmm, not a perfect situation…
Nevertheless, despite such damning reports the couple may still patch things up according to the source. ”The split may come soon,” then warned. “But they are both so dramatic and volatile, the relationship could become great again.”
Well, I certainly hope the pair of them works things out… Maybe all this is just one big ol’ brouhaha, and Russell just fancied a traditional Christmas dinner in the country… Although, if were him I wouldn’t be staying away for too long, Katy is looking hot, hot, hot and having far too much fun if this picture is anything to go by!
At Last Katy Perry Gets Branded!

Finally folks, scruffy funnyman Russell Brand and singer Katy Perry tied the knot earlier today (Saturday) in a traditional Hindu wedding in a resort at a tiger reserve in northwestern India.
And it looks as if Katy and Russell spared no expense with their celebrations, making sure they had an authentic procession known as the ‘bharat’, where the groom and his relatives walk to wherever the bride is waiting.
The couple wore traditional Indian clothes, and Perry wore a sari, complete with henna designs applied on her palms and hands. The sounds of sacred Vedic chanting could also be heard coming from the resort, which was said to be was decorated with lamps and colorful illuminated tree lights.
We’re told a Hindu priest conducted ceremony, which was attended by family and only a few close friends.
Sources revealed more than 20 elephants, horses, camels, Indian dancers and musicians walked with Russell in the wedding procession.
Congratulations ‘Kussel’, may this day truly be a ’till death do us part’ experience for you both… And now perhaps we can all get with our lives!
Katy Perry Banned from Sesame Street!

Pop star Katy Perry was planning on singing and dancing her way down Sesame Street alongside Elmo the puppet, but it looks like she will have to take a detour after she has been excluded from the children’s programme for showing too much skin.
Perry’s guest appearance, which has already been shot, was scheduled to air during the premiere episode ofSesame Street’s 41st season on September 27th, but has now been left on the cutting room floor. In the segment, the Teenage Dream singer, wearing a tight fitting shimmering bustier, attempts to play “dress up” with Elmo only to be thwarted when the lovable red puppet runs away from her. Russell Brand’s fiancée responds to Elmo’s apparent rejection by singing a rewritten rendition of her hit song Hot N Cold.
Incidentally, when Perry’s Sesame Street scene recently became available for viewing online, Sesame Workshop, the non-profit organization that produces the show, received negative feedback from parents criticizing the proceedings for being inappropriate. As a result, it was decided that the content will not be broadcast on television.
Regarding the decision, Sesame Street producers stated: “In light of the feedback we’ve received on the Katy Perry music video which was released on YouTube only, we have decided we will not air the segment on the television broadcast of Sesame Street, which is aimed at preschoolers.”
Personally, I don’t really see what all the fuss is about. I reckon preschoolers can see more cleavage at the local swimming pool! Cover the kiddies’ eyes because heaven forbid they see a woman wearing a green dress. Another victory for conservative fundamentalists who don’t like girls who sing about kissing other girls.

Yup, the I Kissed a Girl singer geeked up for her turn at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, and debuted her new look to fiance Russell Brand.
Beneath the braces, glasses polo neck and ankle socks is the woman who sings about wearing Daisy Dukes during the California summer, but Russ doesn’t seem to mind that she went in a radical new direction for the ceremony.
He didn’t appear on stage with her while she was presenting but he took the photo backstage and tweeted the photo, writing: ‘The real winner of the Teen Choice awards is… I AM! I won a fantastic new bride.’
Awwww. whatever Katy’s doing for the former hellraiser – keep doing it! We like this new softie version of Russell!
Perry’s Pal Rihanna Blabs Secret Wedding Plans!

Nice to know Katy Perry’s best pal, singer Rihanna can keep a secret – NOT!
So when the ‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer asked her mate Rih’ to help organize her and Russell’s big day, I’m pretty sure she was meant to keep schtum… So much for keeping a secret a under your hat, or Rihanna’s case – Umbrella!
Instead, what does Rihanna go and do? She blabbed some of the top secret details live on US radio… How verrry dare she!
While being interviewed by DJ Ryan Seacrest yesterday, Rihanna said: “I have to come up with something cool because she is getting married in India so I’m like, ‘OK, now what do I do to match that?’
“That’s at the end of the year so we’ve got some time to plan.”
About planning the ‘do’, the singer then told that Katy and Russell [Brand] would be getting married in Jaipur, where Russell proposed on New Year’s Eve. Onion Bhaji’s and poppadoms all round!
Thanks for letting us in on that one Rihanna! However, I am pretty sure that little bit of leaked information has knocked quite a few thousand quid off Russell and Katy’s OK Magazine buy up… Um, that’s if the scruffy couple were indeed intent on even doing a deal. Ahem!
Katy ‘Brands’ Russell a Total Bridezilla!

When singer Katy Perry said her fiancé, funnyman Russell Brand was turning into ‘a total bridezilla’ she wasn’t joking if this twittered pic that Perry posted is anything to go by…
The hysterical snap shows Brand still looking scruffy as if needing a bath, but in a glamorous beaded laced wedding dress with matching veil.
Possibly an indication of what’s to come on their big day, perhaps?
According to close friends, the I Kissed A Girl Singer has always approached the idea of marriage in a very chilled-out manner, however Katy recently said: ‘I’m preparing a little bit here and there.’
Russell, however, has come out with all guns blazing. ‘He’s like a freak, man. You should see – he’s always, like, buying bride magazines,’ Katy adds.
‘Every time we go out for breakfast he’s like, ” Can we just stop and get a bride magazine?”’
‘He wants everything monogrammed,’ she said.
Well, at least now we know who wears the trousers in THEIR relationship, but it still begs the question just who’ll be wearing them walking down the aisle?
