What’s Up With Emma Watson’s Love-Life!?
Posted on November 8th, 2011 at 1:22 pm by Nick Crew

Who in their right mind could refuse the gorgeous Emma Watson…? However, it appears her current beau Johnny Simmons, has, and now I hear their romance is on the rocks!
Here’s why… Emma recently moved back to England to study at Oxford University for a year before moving back to the states to finish her degree at Brown. However, their future is uncertain now, after Emma asked Simmons to move to England to be with her, to which so far he has refused. Tut-tut… the silly boy!
The couple has been dating since June of this year, after they met on the set of the 21-year-old Potter star’s latest film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower. A source close to Emma has said; “Emma has been telling people that the relationship is complicated”… Yes, very complicated I would say, and now miles apart.
You would think LA-based Johnny could give up a little sunshine for our Emma, after all, she is such a ray of light, and besides, it is only for one year. Obviously, his heart is not in this relationship. I say, get rid girl!
Watson Woos The Crowds At The Potter Premier In London
Posted on November 11th, 2010 at 4:43 pm by

Reigning fashionista Emma Watson looked stunning in London earlier today with her cute pixie haircut, posing confidentially on the red carpet at the world premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
The crowds in Leicester Square whistled and cheered as the movie starlet – looking more like a sexy Bond girl than a Hogwarts student, braved the cold British weather, in a slinky black vintage lace-and-feather frock, that showed off her fabulous legs.
Emma, who plays Hermione Granger, admitted finding coming to the end of Harry Potter ‘emotional’. Telling the press: “We are all so close and it was a great adventure but we all have to move on.”
When asked if she would ever reprise the role again – after author J.K. Rowling recently hinted she might have another book in her – Watson said she was unsure.
Saying: “I don’t know. I feel like I’ve just said goodbye to Hermione. I’d have to see how I felt at the time.”
The film which stars Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter and Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley is released in the states November 19.
My, my how the children grow up so quickly… Makes me feel rather old!

Harry Potter in Bra Wars!
Posted on October 21st, 2010 at 3:05 pm by
Is this Daniel Radcliff’s competitive streak ‘coming out’ (ahem, no pun intended)?
I thought Emma Watson was the part-time model. Or perhaps, after Emma landed the Burberry campaign, DanRad thought this would be a clever way of catching the eye of casting directors over at Victoria’s Secret, since Heidi Klum hung up her wings only last month…
No, no, no. Of course not, this cross-dressing pic could tell a thousand tales, but in fact it comes from a clip from the new installment – Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1.
“Look away,” Potter, says, standing half naked wearing the bra. “I’m hideous.”
But there’s magic at work here, it’s revealed the ‘boy in the bra’ is really somebody else, who turns into Harry to protect him from evil Lord Voldemort.
However, I won’t give the game away, the film opens November 19, so you’ll just have to go and see it to find out who it is.
But if you ask me, this pic alone is sure to get the fans talking!

Spider-Man’s Andrew Garfield to Face Welsh Actor Rhys Ifans!
Posted on October 11th, 2010 at 4:13 pm by
Sony Pictures recently announced that Welsh actor Rhys Ifans has been cast as the villain in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot movie. Ifans joins the growing cast, which includes Brit Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) as the heroic web-slinger, and American actress Emma Stone (Easy A) as love interest Gwen Stacy. Sony also stated that the filmmakers prefer not to reveal which character Ifans will be playing.
Ifans is best known for portraying the misfit character Spike in Notting Hill alongside Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. He was also recently featured in Nanny Mcphee Returns starring Emma Thompson and can be seen in the highly anticipated Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
The revamped Spider-Man flick is expected to sling into theaters in July of 2012.
Although we do not know exactly which character Ifans will be playing, it is easier to imagine him personifying an evil super-villain than it is to envision Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. Besides, if we must have a British Peter Parker, I reckon we might as well have a Welsh enemy for him to battle against.
Knightley and Mulligan Join Forces to Never Let Me Go!

The trailer for an upcoming Brit film called Never Let Me Go was recently released and it looks, to say the least, very intriguing.
Two of our most cherished Brit actresses, Keira Knightley (The Duchess) and Carey Mulligan (An Education), will share the silver screen in the dramatic thriller. The cast also features English actors Andrew Garfield, Domhnall Gleeson, and Sally Hawkins. Garfield, along with Mulligan, was featured on the telly series Doctor Who; Gleeson is to play Bill Weaseley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows; and Sally Hawkins previously worked with Mulligan in An Education. Hawkins also played the lead character of Poppy in the successful independent film Happy-Go-Lucky (one of my personal favorites.)
Never Let Me Go is based on an award-winning novel of the same name that was written by Japanese-born British author Kazuo Ishiguro. The movie was primarily filmed in the countryside of Norfolk County, England and tells the story of three friends, Kathy (Mulligan), Ruth (Knightley), and Tommy (Garfield), who reunite years after attending a strange English boarding school together and proceed to uncover the dark mysteries of their shared past. The film is slated to be released at the end of 2010 and will be distributed in the US by Fox Searchlight Pictures.
I am curious to see just how interested American audiences will be in this very British artistic-looking sci-fi/drama/thriller film… only time will tell…
