Ex Wild Child Emma Ridley ‘Slapped’ with a Restraining Order!

Matters are going from bad to worse for Emma Ridley, in a recent interview the ex-wild child had described her estranged ‘third’ husband David Tyler as a ‘wonderful dad’ and their separation ’amicable’, but now it’s clear a very different picture of the couple’s life is emerging in the latest chapter of her bitter divorce.
Now Ridley, once a fixture from the age of 13 on the Eighties London club scene with pals like Amanda de Cadenet and Tamara Beckwith, has been served a [TRO] temporary restraining order by Tyler, and will appear at the San Fernando Valley Courthouse on Wednesday to fight claims that she ‘slapped’ him in the face during a bust-up where police had to be called.
And if that wasn’t enough, poor Emma is already fighting off Tyler’s claim for half of her Goddess Fitness Dance business.
The Disney child star that dropped out of the Royal Ballet School after going off the rails, now 39, served divorce papers on unemployed builder, Tyler, a little over a year ago, but he is still refusing to sign them, claiming that he had helped create the now thriving dance studios.
They married in 1999 and have two children together, Elim and Isis, and as their troubled marriage unraveled, Emma reinvented herself as a fitness guru. Her business comprises two branches in the suburbs of LA.
For legal reasons Emma cannot discuss the divorce. But a close friend says she finds the latest turn of events ‘degrading’ and ‘cannot believe David could stoop so low.’
The friend tells me: “It’s all-out war between Emma and David. I feel sorry for the children.”
Sarah Tilley, a Facebook ‘fan’ of Emma’s wrote on her wall today showing concern for her situation and said: ‘Oh my god I hope you are OK Emma, your ex-husband sounds like a real b**st**d… I just read this in the Daily Mail this morning. Sending you kisses, from your number 1 fan, Sarah xxx.’
Emma’s mild response was: ‘Not low at all- living standing in truth and not in an unloving marriage.’
Ross King Interviews Fitness Queen Emma Ridley!

British Telly host Ross King caught up with Emma Ridley earlier this week when the Ex-wild child invited cameras inside her dance school Goddess Fitness for an exclusive interview for UK morning show Daybreak.
The former Disney child star told recently how she lost over 100lbs with her Goddess makeover, which has seen sales of her Fitness DVD go through the roof.
Ridley told the British Weekly newspaper,” I received a bit of press recently in England after doing a reality show, then suddenly I had tons of emails from woman wanting me to get them in shape the same way I had done it.”
She added, “I am so pleased that people wanted to buy my DVD. It has really helped change people’s lives. I’m over moon!”
The highlight of the morning was when Ridley attempted to persuade King to pole dance with her, but the skeptical Scotsman was having none of it.
The interview, which goes out in few weeks, has Emma lifting the lid on her wild past, telling how she reinvented her image to become one of the more successful expats living in Los Angeles.
It’s nice to see more of us Brits doing well abroad!
Wild Child Peaches Geldof Blocks Ex-Wild Child Emma Ridley on Twitter!

It seems a bitter Twitter row has erupted between Ex-wild child Emma Ridley and Sir Bob Geldof’s wayward daughter Peaches over an open letter written by Ridley that appeared in The Sun newspaper over TWO years ago!
In the article published back in February 2009, Ridley simply gave her open, honest opinion to Geldof, ‘not to grow up too quickly.’
Good advice if you ask me, from someone who at the time, had ran off to Las Vegas to get married at the tender age of 15, only to divorce months later.
But now, after revelations of Geldof’s latest wild antics appeared in yesterday’s Sun, in which the party girl is alleged to have had a five in a bed orgy, Ridley’s article has resurfaced and caused quite the ‘tweet’ drama.
Earlier today Ridley innocently tweeted Geldof a link to the article as a friendly reminder to calm it down and for a bit of healthy advice. Now close sources say Ridley’s tweet has enraged young Peaches and she has since blocked Ridley from following her on Twitter… I wonder if she’d block me if I send her the same link?
Ridley responded, “@peaches_g blocked me after I posted my letter in the #thesunnewspaper. I guess some people just aren’t mature enough to handle the truth.”
It would seem it has taken 2 years for Peaches to react to the article; maybe she needs another 2 years for it to sink in.
Ridley was one of the most talk about celebrities’ back in the late 80′s, with a life not to dissimilar to the one Peaches is living now… So if anyone is qualified to give such advice based on her own past experiences, Ridley certainly knows what she is talking about. The former Royal Ballet school student also knew Geldof’s mother, the late Paula Yates, who died of a drug overdose back in 2000. Now a mother of three, Ridley has reinvented herself as a fitness guru and is living a healthily life in Hollywood.
A close source said: “The letter Emma wrote in the Sun wasn’t meant to offend, it was merely to give Peaches some friendly advice from someone who has had similar experiences.”
Adding: “blocking Emma on Twitter was very childish indeed and has us all believing that what we read about Peaches could well be true with that type of immature behavior.”
Peaches is yet to respond to Emma’s tweet, but it’s obvious that Ridley only had her best interests at heart…I know at 22 one thinks they know best, but sometimes a little sound advice from those in the know can’t hurt, and we’d hate to see history to repeat itself!

Wild Child Emma Ridley Found God (and lost 140lbs)

Child star Emma Ridley was captured dancing provocatively on the table of a London nightclub to an audience of delighted paparazzi in the late 80s. She was just 14 years old.
The photograph would earn her — and her close friends Amanda de Cadenet and Tamara Beckwith — the soubriquet ‘wild child’, a label that accompanies her to this day and which, for a time, she did everything to live up to.

‘Red Flagg’… Josh Spots Emma Ridley Coming His Way!

British reality TV babe Emma Ridley made a beeline for American reality star Josh Flagg last night at a party thrown to celebrate the launch of hit real estate series, Million Dollar Listing.
Guests gathered at the Bravo bash held at Capitol City Bar and Grill in Hollywood to watch the premiere episode of the show, now in its fourth season. But all eyes were on Emma and Josh as they cozied up like best pals.
At one point I overheard someone whispering in Emma’s ear that maybe she wasn’t quite ‘Josh’s type’…whatever that meant. However, that did not stop Ridley from grabbing Flagg’s attention.
The former 80s wild child is famous for her whacky antics. She recently appeared on Channel 4′s (UK) Celebrity Five Go to Turkey and Josh had his guard up. Especially after the incident on Celebrity Five Go to… where Emma pushed astrologer Russell Grant in the swimming pool not knowing the poor man couldn’t swim and her insincere, unconvincing sorry’s was all caught on camera.
She said: “I love Million Dollar Listing, I wanted Josh to find me a house while the film crews followed us but I had to go to Europe to do my own reality show, oh well, there’s always season five!”
Josh added: “Emma Ridley is hysterical, Bravo should consider giving this girl her own TV show in the US!”
Well Josh, I guess anything’s possible in Tinseltown, and clearly Emma Ridley isn’t giving up until she has just that!
Emma Does a Marilyn to Promote Goddess Fitness Launch!

Hot mama! Get a load of wild child Emma Ridley recreating the famous Marilyn Monroe pose from the 1950′s for the new promo shots for her Goddess Fitness launch on Sunday, July 25.
The yummy mummy lost 100lbs using the Goddess Fitness workout she created and these days she’s Monroe-tastic!
The launch is for her second studio opening in Woodland Hills, CA and to promote her Goddess Makeover Program, which helps women shimmy and dance their way to feeling amazing inside and out.
Emma tells me: “The success of the studio has been phenomenal, there is also a television show Spoiled Rotten in the works and a plan to open Goddess Fitness 3 on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood next year… Very exciting times ahead!”
The advertisement will appear is newspapers and magazine across Southern California and it seems to me that Emma is her own best advert!
Jonathan Yeo is Porn Again in Beverly Hills!

Lazarides Gallery in Beverly Hills was the place to be last night when British aristocracy and A-list celebs gathered in honour to celebrate the first solo exhibition by top British artist Jonathan Yeo (pictured with me). The title might be a little off putting to some, but the works of Porn in the USA are genius!
Guests included Lord Freddie Windsor and Sophie Winkleman, fashion designer Julia Clancey, actors Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans, Christina Aguilera, and former Wild Child Emma Ridley.
I overheard Emma and Christina (pictured) chatting about pole dancing of all things. Ridley was persuading Aguilera to come and try out a class at her new studio Goddess Fitness and as Christina’s upcoming film is called Burlesque (also starring the mighty Cher) it could be right right up her street!
Yeo, is known for his skillfully oil-painted portraits of stars including, Nicole Kidman, Tony Blair and Dennis Hopper, as well as a controversial collage of George W. Bush made out of pornographic images, but this exhibition features some of his most provocative works to date.
There are portraits of Sarah Palin and Tiger Woods, and I won’t even tell you which body parts I saw popping out from the collage, but after the year Tiger’s had, in his case the material was highly appropriate!
