Cowell To Sign Sexy Superstar Rihanna as U.S X Factor Mentor?!?!

It’s so close now we can almost taste it, but as the U.S X Factor draws near, news of the show’s secret plans is getting more and more exciting.
The latest reports being that Simon Cowell has just signed sexy superstar Rihanna to mentor contestants when the show gets down to the ”judges houses” stage. Good call by Cowell, I say!
Rihanna will be the second singing star to be brought in by Simon to mentor, the first being Mariah Carey.
I’m told Cowell is a major fan of Rhianna and is now pulling out all the stops now to ensure the X Factor is a HUGE success in America; he will stop at nothing until it is!
A source close to Cowell said, ”Simon loves Rihanna and loved having her on the UK show last year - so it’s no surprise he wants her back.”
Rihanna, along with Christina Aguilera, caused quite the stir on the UK version of the popular talent show when their performances received thousands of complaints for being too raunchy… Personally, I loved them!
But Mr. Cowell has admitted that the US show would need to be “a bit more toned down”… Ah, what a shame…
The U.S-version of X Factor will begin airing on Fox on Sept. 21, and I for one can’t to see Simon’s talents at work once again!
Christina Aguilera to Replace Cheryl Cole on American X Factor!?!?

A rumor is spreading that Brit pop star Cheryl Cole, once thought to have a seat at the judge’s table of Simon Cowell’s new American X Factor TV program locked in, is not guaranteed a place on the show and that singer Christina Aguilera will be given the job instead.
An unnamed source, according to Independent Television News, revealed: “Although Simon is desperate for Cheryl to join him on the judging panel, bosses just aren’t convinced. Both Rihanna and Katy Perry have been mentioned as possible candidates, but neither would be able to take time out of their busy work schedule to be judges.”
The source added: “Christina is the one all bosses are agreed on. She has it all; looks, talent and she isn’t afraid to speak her mind. She is a massive star globally and her voice is recognized as one of the best of all time so there really isn’t any competition especially where Cheryl is concerned.”
The Burlesque star recently performed on the UK version of the televised talent contest in December of 2010.
If the rumor is true, Cheryl is learning the hard way that nothing in Hollywood is set in stone. May the best pop diva win!
Jonathan Yeo is Porn Again in Beverly Hills!

Lazarides Gallery in Beverly Hills was the place to be last night when British aristocracy and A-list celebs gathered in honour to celebrate the first solo exhibition by top British artist Jonathan Yeo (pictured with me). The title might be a little off putting to some, but the works of Porn in the USA are genius!
Guests included Lord Freddie Windsor and Sophie Winkleman, fashion designer Julia Clancey, actors Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans, Christina Aguilera, and former Wild Child Emma Ridley.
I overheard Emma and Christina (pictured) chatting about pole dancing of all things. Ridley was persuading Aguilera to come and try out a class at her new studio Goddess Fitness and as Christina’s upcoming film is called Burlesque (also starring the mighty Cher) it could be right right up her street!
Yeo, is known for his skillfully oil-painted portraits of stars including, Nicole Kidman, Tony Blair and Dennis Hopper, as well as a controversial collage of George W. Bush made out of pornographic images, but this exhibition features some of his most provocative works to date.
There are portraits of Sarah Palin and Tiger Woods, and I won’t even tell you which body parts I saw popping out from the collage, but after the year Tiger’s had, in his case the material was highly appropriate!

Katy’s Kiss With Russ Cut From Flick!

Katy Perry met Russell Brand (AKA Kussell?) while filming a cameo role on the set of his upcoming movie Get Him To The Greek, though the part was small it did give the couple a chance to have a little smooch on set (with tongues and all, oo-er) even if it was just for the cameras…
Katy said: “When he was filming Get Him to the Greek, I did a cameo with him. My scene called for me to make out with him.
“And on the way down the stairs after the scene, I was hopping like a bunny. I hop like a bunny when I’m happy – I get a bit childlike.”
What’s surprising now is that even though Katy is still listed on the film’s official IMDb page, her part has ended up on the cutting room floor (Aww).
But the worse part is that she was replaced by another singer – step forward Christina Aguilera. The cheek of it!
A source revealed: “There has been a few early screenings over in the States and Katy wasn’t in it. Everyone had been waiting for the big kiss scene, but it wasn’t there. It’s the moment the big romance started.
And now they are getting married – it’s like a fairytale unraveling in front of our eyes. The scene has got to get back in there.”
All’s well that ends well I say, Christina’s part in the movie may be safe, but at least Katy’s got her man… Even if he does look as if he needs a good bath!
But honestly? You would have thought Brand could have pulled a few strings behind the scenes and prevented this from happening to his poor ol’ fiancé’s silver-screen debut. But alas not…
Come on Russell sort it out, this is humiliating!
