Anger mismanaged Naomi Campbell has had yet ANOTHER one of her famous hissy fits.

This time her victims were ABC news reporters…

When probed over allegations that deposed African despot Charles Taylor gave her a “blood diamond,” the Supermodel’s lips were sealed as she aggressively snapped: “I didn’t receive a diamond and I’m not going to speak about that.”

Its alleged that Campbell received the diamond when she was a guest of Nelson Mandela’s in South Africa in 1997.

Prosecutors in a special UN -backed court believe Campbell could have information that might prove Taylor used “blood diamonds” to fuel his reign of terror in Sierra Leone between 1997 and 2001.

Actress Mia Farrow stated: “Naomi Campbell came down…she said during the night some men had knocked on her door and she, half-asleep, had opened the door and it was representatives of President Charles Taylor and that they had given her a huge diamond. And we were like, ‘Oh, my gosh.’”

Behaving like a first-class prima donna, Campbell then got up out of chair, terminating the interview. But she couldn’t resist finishing off her rant with a quick bitch-slapping of the camera before flouncing off in a huff.

Oh lordy, lordy… Drama seems to follow that girl around everywhere!

The Union Jack flew proud over Hollywood on Tuesday night, where some of the UK’s biggest names as part of Brit Week 2010 gathered to celebrate.

Three generations of well-known Brit celebrities and socialites (um, me being one of them) attended the invitation-only – champagne launch party at the British Consul General’s Official Residence in Los Angeles.

Guests included, telly host Cat Deeley, Singer – Mel B, Kelly Osbourne and her model fiancé Luke Worrall and veteran actress Helen Mirren, who lauded the British for being “cool and hip” at the event, and complained that her nationality are often cast as the baddies in films.

Mirren said: “I think it’s rather unfortunate that the villain in every movie is always British, we’re such an easy target that they can comfortably make the Brits the villains,”

The event is an annual celebration of British people and business’ contribution to the Californian economy. Despite being called BritWeek, the event lasts for three weeks.

Other stars on the VIP list was Jacqueline Bisset, Dancing with the Stars judge Bruno Tonioli and Lady Victoria Hervey, who, I should say looked remarkably well put together considering her appearance earlier that day when I saw her on the road back to LA, after a weekend of hard partying at Coachella…

Well-done Vicky my dear, it’s amazing what a bit of make-up can do!

Not yet, but Bond must vie another day… or year for that matter!

Production of the next James Bond movie has been suspended indefinitely due to the uncertain future of MGM.

Producers Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli admitted they do not know when work on the 23^rd Bond film will resume and there is no scheduled release date. Wilson and Broccoli said: “Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding the future of MGM and the failure to close a sale of the studio, we have suspended development on ‘Bond 23’ indefinitely.”

The fate of the next installment of Bond is unclear because of distributor MGM’s bankruptcy and pending sale. MGM has reportedly received buyout offers from other Hollywood studios, but is thought to be holding out for higher bids. If MGM is taken over, the spy movie franchise will theoretically be controlled by the new owners; however, MGM could also sell the film rights for the franchise independently.

The news of the untitled Bond picture’s suspension comes after the film’s prospective release date, potentially the third to star actor Daniel Craig as 007, was repeatedly pushed back. On the producer’s decision to halt the project, Craig said: “I have every confidence in Barbara and Michael’s decision and look forward to production resuming as quickly as possible.” Craig is widely expected to reprise the role of James Bond.

Ok, who do we have to call to get Bond back in action? Let’s get this movie going before Mr. Craig, the best Bond ever (I think), ages out of the role… which will take many decades of course.

Seriously MGM, don’t make us wait too long to see 007 kick more ass because if you do, we will need more than a quantum of solace.

Despite his step-mother and grandfather, Welsh actress Catharine Zeta-Jones and her father in-law Kirk Douglas, writing letters to the U.S. federal court pleading for a lighter sentence, Cameron Douglas has been sentenced to five years in prison for selling cocaine and methamphetamine.

The 30 year old son of actor Michael Douglas was arrested in July of 2009 in The Manhattan Club in New York City and pleaded guilty to drug charges.

Addressing the judge in court, Cameron said: “I apologize to the court for my decisions and actions that put me in front of you today.” He continued: “I ask for an opportunity to be a role model to my younger brothers and sisters.”

Cameron Douglas’s father, Michael, cried as his son spoke in court. The troubled young Douglas has one half-brother and one half-sister by his step-mother, CZJ.

It sounds like this experience has taught Cameron to use his life more productively instead of using it to abuse and sell narcotics.

Hopefully it is not too late for this son of Hollywood to permanently change his ways for the better.

Eva Longoria and my old mucker Victoria Beckham have taken on a new role – as BFFs larking around in aid of a new mobile phone ad for LG. And I have to say Vic’s less Vic-bore-ia than I usually think she is!

She seems to be having a giggle with her pal Eva, bursting into laughter and chatting away.

The pair has been inseparable since Posh and Becks moved to LA in 2007 and love a gush about each other.

‘I really like to surround myself with women who place their family first. She is very devoted and dedicated to her kids and I really respect that.’We hang out at each other’s houses. We don’t go out that much actually. We just do normal girl things when we’re along – we have a meal and a catch up.’

In return Victoria has said: ‘Eva has been really sweet. When I first moved here, I didn’t know anybody. She went with me to get my nails done, my hair done…’

Brit chicks Catalina Guirado and fashion designer Julia Clancey had the right idea…  After a weekend of parties and rubbing shoulders with the A-list at the Coachella Valley Music Festival, the celebrity darlings kept the glamour alive by showing how to recover after a rock ‘n’ roll weekend that consisted of booze ‘n’ bands.

Surrounded by paparazzi cameras while sun tanning poolside at an exclusive hotel spa in Palm Springs, former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here star, Catalina and Clancey, were joined by Hostel actress, Barbara Nedel (formally Nedeljakova).

As the trio showed off their sexy bods, they were overheard discussing their huge hangovers and which bands they enjoyed watching perform over the weekend. Guirado was obviously having a fab weekend with the girls, she was also celebrating her 36th birthday, while her guitarist husband, Matt Cheadle was away on tour on the East Coast, bringing truth to the saying ‘when the Matt’s away, the Cat will play!’

Clancey indeed partied till the bitter end, I saw her in the crowd watching the closing act The Gorillaz, whereas Catalina and Barbara were spotted drinking the night away in the VIP area, according to sources.

But Catalina’s hubby need not worry, our photogs spotted her heading back to the La Quinta Resort with her girlie gang – alone, every night…

Looks as if Jason Statham was enjoying himself at the Coachella Valley Music Festival this weekend. Spotted with his lingerie model girlf’, the double-barreled beauty, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, it appeared that the Transporter star had tried to hide out among the events 75,000 strong crowd in the hope he’d go unnoticed. Not a chance!

He couldn’t escape to photogs for too long… I spied the sexy couple holding hands around the festival acting like a of pair lovesick puppies… Aww, how sweet!

Er, not the sort of behavior one would expect form an action man hard-nut like our Jas’!

Statham’s always been a bit of a shy boy, or so I’m told…

But judging from this extreme amount of PDA, his bashful-boy days are wayeeeee behind him, and if you ask me, Rosie’s just the type of hotbird to put on public display…

Amy Winehouse was recently photographed leaving a medical clinic holding hands with ex-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil.

The divorced duo’s marriage ended last year was spotted later that day in London’s Soho at a jazz club celebrating Blake’s 28^th birthday.

The jazz club owner said: “Amy was asking us to call her Mrs. Fielder-Civil.” Ooh, really?!

The icing on the birthday cake is that the rehabbed Winehouse reportedly bought a £2.5 million house in Camden and plans on living in it with her husband-turned-boyfriend.

The singer even blogged about it on Facebook when she wrote, “The king and queen of Camden are coming home.” I wonder how folk in Camden will react to that bit of news!

It’s always nice to see couples working past their problems, but Amy darling, let’s not get ahead of ourselves, eh?
