Ralph Will Make A Fiennes 007 Boss!

If the rumors swirling the movie-world are true, then it looks very likely that Harry Potter star Ralph Fiennes is set to replace Dame Judi Dench (inset pic) as 007′s boss in the next installment – Skyfall opposite Daniel Craig.
One high up studio insider says that in the film, being directed by Sam Mendes, the character ‘M’, played by Dench, is forced to quit the secret service and train “agent” Fiennes to take over her job.
However, the actor has remained tight-lipped about his new role, saying only: “I’m allowed to say I’m a government agent.” … Oo-er!
When recently quizzed on the subject of whether he would have preferred to have played Bond himself, Fiennes, 49, said, “There was a time in my life when that [playing Bond] would have appealed to me. But I’m a bit on the old side now.”
Filming on the movie is already underway, and a top-quality cast list that includes Javier Bardem, Albert Finney and Naomie Harris will join Fiennes.
Skyfall reaches theatres this November, and will mark Daniel Craig’s third stint as 007 following Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. I can’t wait!
Jack Osbourne’s Fiancée Lisa Stelly is Pregnant!

He has only just announced his engagement, and now Jack Osbourne has revealed his fiancée Lisa Stelly is pregnant.
Breaking the news exclusively on the Piers Morgan Tonight show, the 25-year-old said: “My life is absolutely insane right now… I guess technically I do have something to tell you. I’m about to be a father”
Jack, who was joined by parents Sharon and Ozzy on the programme added: “I’m excited. I’m a little nervous.”
The couple, having only dated for four months, showed their joy by posting pictures of themselves on their Twitter pages and Lisa’s soon-to-be sister-in-law Kelly Osbourne added on her page shortly after: “@MrJackO well i guess you’re not my little brother anymore i’m so unbelievably proud of the man you have become! im so happy for you & lisa!”
Sharon also shared her excitement about becoming a grandmother. “I’m happy because it’s what Jack wants, so I’m happy,” she said. “And I’ve always wanted to be a grandma, so it couldn’t be better.”
Now that there’s a baby on the way for Osbourne and his bride-to-be, I reckon it’s the perfect opportunity for a new reality show, however, laughing Jack insisted: “I’m not going to do a reality show!”
Hmm, I bet they could be persuaded if the offer was right…

British Glamour Girl Leilani Dowding Lands VH.1′s New U.S Reality Show!

Former British Page-3 girl Leilani Dowding is set to star on VH1’s 10 episode reality-show Tough Love Miami, where she enlists celebrity match-maker Steve Ward to help her land a new man and to find out what she’s been doing wrong in her past relationships.
A show like this sounds as if it couldn’t be more perfect for Dowding, who has experienced a string of failed loves. Once engaged to two well-known soccer stars in the UK and previously married to Richie Palmer of Mulberry St. Pizza in Beverly Hills, a man previously married to Raquel Welch, Leilani has certainly come a long way to find the right man.
However, with her opinionated views and the show’s host Steve Ward’s no nonsense approach, there is certain to be the odd on-screen clash…
In her days as a top glamour girl, Leilani, a former Miss Great Britain, was a bit of an institution that followed in the footsteps of other successful Page-3 girls such as Katie Price and Samantha Fox. Dowding graced many-a front page and in 2003 was rated #89 on the FHM Sexiest Women in World list.
Dowding also took part in a bunch of well-known reality shows on British TV, including Celebrity Wrestling and Celebrity Fear Factor, so appearing on TLM (Tough Love Miami) is the perfect place for her to start making her name stateside!
Although Leilani may not be doing so well in the love department, in business she is flying high with her new fashion label Leiluna Collection. And if all goes to plan the ex-model will open her first store on Rodeo Drive, 90210 early next year, with other stores planned in Orange County, London and New York.
Leilani told me, “This has been my dream for as long as I can remember…and it’s all coming together quite nicely now. I am so excited!”
My verdict: The Kardashian clan had better watch out!

Darling, Sweetie… They’re Back!

How fabulous…Patsy Stone and Edina Monsoon ride again for the first time in seven years!
After it was announced back in April this year it was returning for three new episodes, Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders were spotted filming scenes for a Christmas special of Absolutely Fabulous earlier today (Friday) on Bond Street in London.
It only seems like yesterday to me when this out-of-control duo where causing a complete riot falling out of chauffeur driven limos after downing one too many Bolly-Stoli’s, and wreaking havoc around Harvey Nichols while shopping up a storm.
The award-winning sitcom first hit our screens in 1992 and now, with all its regular cast members including Julia Sawalha and June Whitfield, it is returning for a festive edition and two further specials.
It’s great to see Saunders back on set too; the actress fought and won a battle with breast cancer last year after finding a lump in her breast in autumn 2009. Thankfully the lump was caught early and she has made a full recovery after having it removed… That’s another good reason to pop open the champers sweetie!
I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to celebrate the return of the outrageous pair, ‘Ab-Fab’ was by far one of the best comedy shows on British television, I just hope their long-awaited comeback doesn’t disappoint the fans!
Karen Gillan Attends Doctor Who Event Practically Nude!

Scottish actress Karen Gillan recently appeared very flesh-colored at a special premiere screening of the next installment of the sixth series of Doctor Who at the British Film Institute Southbank in London. The red-head wore a flesh-colored dress that exactly matched her pale skin tone. Arthur Darvill, who plays Rory Williams on the popular BBC program, also attended the event; however, there was no sign of lead time lord actor Matt Smith.
The new Doctor Who episode follows the Doctor and his friends as they search for the mysterious Melody Pond. Along the way, the Tardis crash lands in Berlin during the 1930s and the Doctor comes face to face with the infamous Adolf Hitler.
Gillan, who portrays Amy Pond, confirmed in July that she will be returning for the seventh series of the sci-fi show. The actress is also working on numerous other projects and will make her first theatrical appearance in a production called Inadmissible Evidence in October.
Like it or not, the flesh-colored dress certainly caught the attention of the media, which I imagine is exactly what Karen wanted. Clever girl!
Victoria Beckham Gives Birth to Harper Seven!

So the day we’ve all been waiting for has finally come… The birth of David and Victoria’s baby daughter, Harper Seven Beckham.
David Beckham announced the news on his Facebook page early yesterday morning saying; “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA.”
The football superstar also said that Victoria and baby Harper are doing really well and “her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister”…aww brings a smile and tears of joy to the eye doesn’t it.
We’ve had months of speculation of the name of the child, from Atlantis through to Justine Beiber Beckham but the Golden couple landed on the name Harper Seven…
So, where does a name like ‘Harper Seven’ come from? I hear you ask. Well, a close friend of the couple said: “Harper is an old English name something Victoria has always liked. Seven is a very lucky happy number and the baby was born just after 7am, in the seventh month.”
That maybe the case but I also suspect that the Seven part is to do with David’s legendary shirt number when he played for Manchester United and England.
This is the couple’s fourth child, a spokesperson said: “David and Victoria Beckham are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter. Happy and healthy she arrived at 7.55 am this morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family.”
As you’d expect, messages for congratulation to the Beckhams have been flooding in from everywhere. “Harper Seven” has even been a top 5 worldwide trending topic on twitter since the news broke… Straight into the media deep end for this one then, but we all knew it would be!
Tweets from friends and former spice girls, Mel B and Emma Bunton were ones of the first to congratulate. A pregnant Mel B wrote; ‘Congrats!!! Yipeee another spice baby is born, damn it wish it was me this AM cos I feel like I’m about to POP!’
While Emma, who also has recently given birth, wrote; ‘Big kiss to @victoriabeckham can’t wait to meet your gorgeous little girl!’
There’s even been a Royal interest in the birth as Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, wished their close friends good luck for the arrival when they was in town last week…Who knows, maybe it’ll be their turn next???
I’d like to send my own congratulations to the lovely couple too. Its fantastic news and I wish the whole family the best of luck.
Elizabeth Hurley Takes a Public Tumble!

I guess you could say Elizabeth Hurley has fallen head over heels for Shane Warne, um, literally…in this not-so glamorous tumble that happened at a village fete in England’s Cotswolds last Saturday.
And the former model’s experience on the catwalk proved no help either as her six-inch wedged heels gave in to the steps of the cricket pavilion where the fate was held, immediately after cutting the ribbon to declare the event open.
Hurley lost her balance soon after, making a dive for the railings in a bid to stay standing, but she seemed to topple over on her left foot as Warn look on with what appeared to be one of embarrassment.
To be fair however, one couldn’t really tell just how embarrassed her spin-king boyf’ was, as that surprised look of horror in his expression as Liz fell has been on his frozen face all week!
My verdict: So much for classy shoes Miss Hurley… and Shane…a little less of the ‘plastic’ Ken doll look please!

Miranda Kerr Goes Prima Ballerina with Hubby Orlando in NYC!

It was an event that brought together an array of A-listers dressed up to the nines, ready to enjoy a night of drinking and dancing. One celeb who looked ready for that was Miranda Kerr… The Victoria’s Secret model arrived at the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala resembling a cast member of Swan Lake!
The 28-year-old wore a white strapless white feathered and lace creation which flared outwards at the waist as if she was ready to perform a Pique Turn, whilst husband, Orlando Bloom, look rather dapper in a black three piece suit.
Now I’m no fashion expert so that’s as far as my opinion goes but as they are new parents, I think they can wear what they want. I’m sure they haven’t been able to let their hair down since the birth of their son Flynn, who was born in January, so why not
Speaking recently to Ellen DeGeneres, Orlando paid tribute to his wife’s appearance following the birth of their son, he said; “It’s genetics, It’s amazing. She looks incredible”... And I quite agree with him! Whether it’s a Ballet-style dress or whatever, Miranda Kerr’s figure is simply amazing. It only seems like yesterday she was heavy with child…how do these celebs do it??
