Blunt Leaves The Oscars Empty Handed But Still Has Style!

Emily Blunt was bluntly dressed when pictured outside Quality Food & Beverage in West Hollywood the day after the Oscars. Looking not so much like a Queen, but in fact royally raggedy, but still cool if I may say so!
Blunt may not have earned herself an Oscar nomination for her portrayal as the Queen in Young Victoria, but can be rest assured at least she that looked sophisticatedly stunning in the role thanks to the film’s British Costume Designer, Sandy Powell.
Powell beat out close contenders, the costume designers of Nine and Coco before Chanel, to win Best Costume Design at the Oscars last weekend.
Powell, who also won a BAFTA for Young Victoria, previously won Oscars for her work on Shakespeare in Love and The Aviator.
Maybe some of Powell’s golden touch will rub off on Blunt in her upcoming film The Adjustment Bureau.
Blunt might also consider taking a few wardrobe styling tips from Powell off-set too, if this outfit (pictured) is anything to go by. It could be worse, but it hardly oozes class Emily…
Set to be released in July, Bureau teams Blunt with co-star Matt Damon.
