Potty-Mouthed Osbournes Give Haters a Metaphorical “F*** You”

Why am I not surprised that The Osbournes: Reloaded was still a ratings winner last night? Despite being banned left right and centre here in the US they proved they still have the midas touch when it comes to television even though it was a bit crap.
The variety show came in second in the ratings war despite being given the elbow by 11% of the US and 16 local Fox channel affiliates, who deemed the swearing and adult content unsuitable for the family audience drawn in by the preceding show, American Idol.
Easily-offended Fox affiliates in Panama City, Georgia, Knoxville, Kansas City and Utah all chose to air something else during the 8.20pm timeslot, for the most the part wholesome and never-offensive(!) Simpsons. Er…
Despite this, Sharon Osbourne and co pulled in an audience of nearly 10m. What better way to say f*** you without a bleep in sight? Bravo!
