Guy speaks up for Madge!

The rest of the world can’t stop talking about it so I had to comment on the outcry over Madonna’s rejected adoption bid for baby Mercy.
The Sun is reporting exclusively that Guy Ritchie has stepped in to defend his ex-wife, proving things can’t be as bad between the supposedly warring ex-couple as everyone thinks…
Film director Guy issued a statement to the newspaper today, saying: “Madonna is a fantastic and loving mother who cares deeply about her own children, and children who may need additional help and support.
He said: “I fully supported Madonna in her decision to apply for this adoption, and I am saddened that her application has been rejected.” He added: “She is motivated only by being a caring parent who seeks to share some of the advantages and opportunities that her life has given her.”
Guy then went on: “This time it did not work out, but there will be other opportunities and I wish her well in them. She is a great mum.”
Personally I agree with Guy. Whatever you think of Madonna (and I think she’s a goddess!), she loves her kids and could give Mercy a fantastic start in life.
What do you reckon? Should Madge be allowed to take the little girl home?
