Clancey’s Fancy Fashion Show!

All twittering aside, fashion designer Julia Clancey gave a two-finger salute to the fashion world after wooing Hollywood with her astounding creations last night.

Clancey pulled off one of the most amazing evenings even after finding out – one week before, that the 85 million dollar venue – she had planned to show her “All that Glitters” 2009 couture collection at, had fallen through.

But true to Clancey form she rebounded like the “energizer bunny” enlisting the help of a plethora of close friend’s Sad Boy Entertainment CEO, Simon Boyce and Michelle Czernin von Chudenitz of PPMG to sponsor and help run one of the best events that I’ve attended this year.

On an LA note… Clancey’s stunning catwalk creations were accompanied by live music from the Hypo Twins – a sensational Indie Rock band produced by American Voodoo Records CEO James Kaufman. Go “Disco Mary!”

Despite the naysayers who said Black Tie and shuttle service would cut the attendees in half the red carpet was filled nonetheless with British and American celebrities alike.

Guests included Lady Victoria Hervey actress Michelle Collins, Julie Anne Rhodes, Terri Seymour and Singer Samantha Mumba.
