Looks like Sacha Baron Cohen’s latest flick is too hot to handle for some movie fans.

The BBC is reporting that his new movie, Bruno, which centres on his eponymous frou-frou fashionista character, has been slapped with an NC-17 rating because of ‘sexual’ scenes deemed unsuitable for younger audiences – oh the nerve of some people!

Spies are telling me that my pal Tamara Mellon isn’t letting her split from Christian Slater get her down.
She’s jetting off on holiday with her daughter Minty for a Caribbean break to get away from it all.

Friends of the Jimmy Choo boss tell me she’s in good spirits but “wants to get away and spend some time with her daughter”.

Spotted: Lindsey Lohan and her British gal-pal, DJ Sam Ronson. The troubled couple were at Cecconi’s restaurant in West Hollywood having lunch today proving they are still together despite their recently reported dramas. But judging by the look on Lindsay’s face it would seem all is not well. To be honest from what I hear she was looking slightly worse for wear… I wonder why?

Perhaps the poor girl is a little down after learning her latest film, Labour Pains, is not being released in cinemas in the US, but on the ABC Family channel instead (apparently)… Or maybe just another late night, eh love!?

My little column was mainly designed for writing about British celebities in LA, but occasionally some sassy yank does catch my eye. And what better candy than a depilated Kutcher…how smooth is that?

On Thursday night the question on host Ryan Seacrest’s mind (and mine actually) was what on earth was up with judges Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul? The pair are well known for their past “on and off” screen scraps, but the other night we were seeing a very different story… Perhaps…?

When Seacrest addressed the judges’ odd behavior during the previous night’s show, pointing out the fact that Simon and fellow Idol judge Paula “couldn’t keep their hands off each other,” newly single Simon who recently split with Extra’s Terri Seymour completely surprised the audience with a two word answer…

The National Enquirer’s Mike Walker is reporting an accident that occurred on the set of the Twilight sequel - New Moon, currently shooting in Vancouver left hunky Brit Robert Pattinson a little dazed and confused.

The story goes Pattinson was in the middle of filming when he was hit in the back of the head by a metal sign that fell when a strong gust of wind tore it loose knocking the actor to the ground. 

Spotted: Anne Hathaway in the bathroom at the swanky Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood. Funny story, my good friend Sarah May tells me she had to come to the rescue when Ms Hathaway ran out of loo roll. Story goes the girls giggled together as Sarah passed Anne some paper to save her blushes… Good ol’ Sarah!
